Acceptable use policy

This is a draft. It states the use boundary. Replace it with a formal policy before any production launch.

   Do not use QIOI services to attack systems, abuse third-party services, distribute malware, or break applicable law.

   Agents that send email, delete records, publish content, or move money must include a human approval gate.

   Workloads outside the supported profile boundaries may be suspended under the production terms.
